  • Always double check and verify before making a payment. Verify if it is the actual owner. If dealing through an agent check their credentials. If possible schedule a viewing. Wait for receiving a contract before finalising a payment.

  • Be cautious of scams. If the agent or owner declines to supply any documentation or is vague about the contract terms and pricing, proceed with caution. If its too good to be true, it usually is.

  • We are an Independent marketplace. All transactions are done directly between users and the agent or owner. We are not involved in any transaction that takes place and are therefore not able to guarantee payments.
